This is a supportive process that involves walking alongside clients to uncover their potential, identify strengths, and develop strategies for overcoming challenges and achieving goals.

Coaching focuses on the journey to self-discovery, growth, and positive change.

I offer a grounded, calm and empathetic approach that integrates intuition, training and lived experience. My practice draws from modalities like DBT, Somatic and Narrative work - all from a trauma-informed and humanistic lens.

In our work together, you’ll find a space that’s compassionate, respectful, and tailored to your pace and needs. My role is to walk alongside you—without judgment—as you explore what healing, self-acceptance and growth looks like in your life.
